We are pleased to announce that Dr. Mao-Chang Liang, Research Fellow at the IES, has been awarded the 2026 Grand Challenge Program Seed Grant for his research project:
“Impacts of El Nino-Southern Oscillations on carbon cycles and environments”.
The project will be carried out from 2026 to 2027 (Academia Sinica Fiscal Years 115–116).
