  • Upper-ocean biogeochemical cycles and POC export fluxes derived from naturally occurring radionuclide; the role of physical forcing and biological community structure in the regulation of primary production and export production; the carbon cycle in the marginal sea, especially the fate of organic matter (POC/DOC) occurred in the marginal sea; the significance of groundwater input to the coastal ocean and the use of radium isotopes and other tracers in submarine groundwater discharge estimation.
