The Flood Day: September 17 Monday

Views from the administration building of Academia Sinica.

 The floodwaters reached the facade of the Institute of Chemistry at 8:50 AM.  A precipitation at Nankang area recorded approx. 1,000mm in 48 hours.

A couple of hours later, the floodwaters drained (10:30AM). The typhoon went to the southward(!!).

There is still under the heavy rain but the floodwaters is draining.
